During the program, we explore each swara through practices that can help bring alive the Swara in one's life. The retreat will focus on contemplative dialogues, silent journaling, nature walks, theatre practices, reflective art, and asana-pranayama practices based on Sri T Krishnamacharya tradition of Yoga.

Kavitha is a Holistic Wellness Facilitator , a Yoga practitioner and Teacher for the last 20 years. She has studied from different Yoga schools and teachers and currently teaches in the Krishnamacharya tradition in Bangalore. She is the founder of the Yoga Center "Yoga Earth". Through the years, she has been conducting group and Individual Yoga classes bringing the essence of Yoga to many students globally. Through Ritambhara, she facilitates workshops and retreats enabling inner work in group processes. She is also a healer, who helps individuals in their emotional healing journey. Her vision is to bring Yoga as a way of life and inner transformation to many people. She is a Reiki Master and also teaches Vedic Chanting.
Hari is a transformational coach, Yoga teacher and Facilitator. He is a member of Ritambhara Ashram where he is deeply engaged with the study of Yoga and regularly facilitates Antaranga Yoga offerings. He is the founder of Yogasala and Zensei . He is deeply interested in exploring the civilizational heritage of Bharat from a Yogic lens. He has curated numerous Yoga retreats across India and abroad and loves to work with individuals who are invested in the idea of personal transformation. He likes to design and curate experiential and self-exploratory journey that combines Yoga, interactive theater and arts.
The venue of the program is at the Himalayan Writing retreat, Satkol in the Kumaon Hills near Nainital, Uttarkhand. The retreat overlooks the snowclad peaks of the Himalayas and is on a ridge nestled amidst a quaint Kumaoni village surrounded by apple orchards and wilderness. The center has a capacity of maximum 12 participants. The venue is reachable from Delhi by a 6 hours train journey to Kathgodam and a 2 and half hours of drive up the hills. We expect participants to arrive at Satkhol in Uttharakhand by 3 PM on 10th May 2023. Departure can be planned by 4 PM on 14th May 2023.
Healthy vegetarian food is served for the program. In case, you have any specific dietary restrictions, please inform the organizing team at the time of registration.
The retreat can accommodate 12 participants and all accommodations are on a twin-sharing basis.

This donation covers food, stay and the program charges. The travel to and fro to the retreat is not applicable and have to be arranged by the participants.
Note: Ritambhara Ashram is a registered charitable trust and all donations by participants are exempted taxation under Section 80G of Income Tax Act. You will receive a donation receipt upon payment for the retreat.
